Apartments at 5125 Fifth Ave. are very popular for CMU students due to proximity to the campus. These apartments are very spacious. The 3 bedroom unit #A3 is located on the 3rd floor and will be available for move in on August 15th. Elevator access is available. There is no street parking at this building. Any tenants who wish to park on site must reserve an assigned parking space for an additional fee. Only temporary guest parking is accessible for no charge in the back parking lot. Appliances provided: Refrigerator Electric Range Stove Dishwasher AC units (located in the walls) Gas heat is included in the rent as well as the water, trash and sewage utilities. Tenant's must pay for electricity. Management does not provide phone, cable or internet. Pay-per-load laundry is available as well as hook ups. Some tenants share personal machines but the company management takes no responsibility for these devices nor for any negotiations between tenants regarding shared property. No management personnel occupy the property. There is a 24 hour phone service that is accessible for any emergencies that need to be dealt with by management. Landlord pays for gas (heat) trash, water, and sewage utilities. There is a $75 monthly fee for these services. Tenants must sign up to pay for electricity on the lease start date. This can be arranged in advance. Landlord does not provide phone cable or internet. Hook ups are available for tenants to pay for their own services. Certain pets are permitted for a 1 time $600 deposit at this time. Half is refundable at the end of the lease term. We are also required to accept emotional support verification. If this is provided, we must waive the pet fee. No dogs are permitted without ESA certification. Please contact our office for any inquiries about pet policies. We have maintenance on staff Monday through Friday between 8am and 4 pm. There is also an emergency line that tenants are forwarded to after hours for situations such as plumbing or electrical problems. Lock outs after hours will incur an additional cost.
