The property is also maintained for snow removal. Landlord pays for gas (heat), trash, water, and sewage utilities. There is a $60 monthly utility charge added to the rent for this convenience. The price depends on the size of the unit. Tenants are responsible for the electricity and can set up or transfer from a personal account.
