Laundry is in the basement. We have a pay per load system and there are also hook ups for personal machines. The location is very desirable for CMU students and employees. No street parking is available. Temporary guest parking is available in the back lot. Assigned garage parking is subject to availability for an additional fee. Kamin Realty does not provide central wi-fi or cable services, hook ups are available for tenants to set up their own accounts with the provider. Tenants can set up their own accounts. Pet policy is a one time fee of $600, with half refundable at the end of the tenant's stay.
