    14.06 acres of land with approx. 5 acres of woods which back up to CR 17. There is a old pole barn on the structure of little value. Frontage is on CR 19. There were covenants and restrictions put in place between the 3 neighboring properties however per the county they are no longer enforceable and reverts back to normal county standards. Old covenants are attached to associated docs. Seller had intended to build a barn dominium for mostly storage however found a property closer to his home.
