All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are not permitted, cats and dogs. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of the residence inside and out. Assisting in clearing the steps and sidewalk is expected, tools are provided. No cooking on the front porch. You are also responsible for placing the trash cans at the curb and replacing them in their regular location. Cooperation and consideration for other residents is expected and a requirement of occupancy. Additionally prompt payment of monthly rent is expected and should be made by the first day of the month and no later than the 10th. In the event that there is a problem communication should be made to the landlord in advance of the 5th day of the month. if anyone is staying at your residence for longer than two weeks the owner needs to be notified.
