Free street parking. The apartment is close to public transportation: 7 miles to Center City Philadelphia, 4 blocks to Montgomery County, 7 blocks to Melrose Park Train Station (walking distance), 5-minute drive to Subway (Fern Rock Station), and 1 Block to Septa Bus Stop (70 Bus) Local Colleges in the area include: La Salle University, Temple University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Arcadia University, Salus University, Lutheran Theological Seminary, and Westminster Theological Seminary. CREDIT & INCOME REQUIREMENTS Minimum credit score of 650 and income must be at least 3X rent (credit history and paystubs will be verified).
