I find the neighbors very warm and welcoming . On street parking / convenient to 695 and 95S; Local neighborhood stores and bus routes are 3-5 blocks away and a number of stores/restaurants (including Catonsville) and St. Agnes Hospital are within a 2-3 mile radius. Downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor are about 6 miles away. This is a great home for a responsible person/family. I will pay the water up to $100/month. Normally the water bill should fall well under $100. Assuming tenants are not wasteful and pay attention/ inform me when there's a water leak, they should not have to pay for water. So if you are honest, responsible fiscally and take care of property, the new rent price is $1345/month including water up to $100/month. MBQ, SEC8 also accepted. SHOWING NOW!
