BACKYARD: -This home has a very large backyard with a granny flat in the back corner. Back tenant has primary use of space in front of his home (back half of yard). Same tenant has been there for 6 years, keeps to himself and keeps the yard prim and pretty. Main House Tenant (you) - has full use of large back patio and yard up to palm trees (See photos). Pass through and access rights to full yard for all. -Everyone shares the same trash, compost and recycling bins. - Washer/Dryer unit is under shelter in backyard - shared with owner that is home a few days each month. - Front yard and north side of yard is for main house.
