The apartment is 600 sq ft but feels large as it comes with a living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, good sized bedroom, large closet and full bathroom. There is also additional attic storage space available and you can feel free to store stuff in the garage like a bike or anything else. Asking 1200 a month plus electricity and trash (which is usually not much). I'm asking for a refundable $500 deposit. A cat or small dog would be ok. About Me: I am 36 years old and have been in this house for about two and half years. I am a director of finance so work a normal 9-5 during the week and workout most weekday nights. I live my fiance who also works normal hours. We stay relatively quiet during the week but on the weekends we are very social and like to have fun, go out and/or have a few people over to the house. We don't have kids and prefer to party and vacation to give you a feel for who we are. Here is who I am looking for: Single occupancy. Sorry couples, this location just isn't ideal for more than single occupancy, mainly due to the lack of additional parking in the driveway and personal preference.
