Hey! I have a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment really close to KSU starting August 1st. The address is 513 N 16th St. It's a 5-minute walk to Nichols Hall, home to the Department of Communication Studies, Theatre and Dance as well as the Department of Computing and Information Sciences. I am looking for 3 other roommates (male or female) to share the apartment with. 3 people could also work (2 in 1 bedroom and the third in the other bedroom) if you want to have a room for yourself but the rent would have to be adjusted accordingly. The rent and utilities would be divided among the 4 (or 3) of us. I already have a TV and a microwave. So if you are on a tight budget, as most of us students are, then you cannot beat the price or the location. If you decide to stay here, you would have to pay some hold money upfront to secure your place (which will be deducted from your rent). Something about me: I will be attending K-State starting in the fall. I am a straight, 23-year old male, Computer Science graduate student. I don't smoke and only drink socially if ever.
