The Hickory Street Apartments are located in The Hickory Building on the northwest corner of Washington Street and Hickory Street in downtown Champaign. There are also three retail stores on the Washington Street facade and two additional apartments addressed as 505 N Hickory. In total the building is over 22,000 sq. ft. The Hickory Street Apartments have their own separate entrance. Apartment 105 is 1,449 square feet. It is on the first floor. To access the apartments there is a security door with an intercom for visitors in the foyer. The front foyer and patio is camera monitored. Apartment 105 has ten feet high ceilings & an open loft style floor plan with exposed spiral ducts accents creating an open spacious feel. It has two large bedrooms both with ample closet space. The north bedroom has a walk-in closet. Off the kitchen, for extra storage, is a separate pantry. Included in the rent is free parking in our private lot. The building is a zero lot line thus our parking lot is a block and a half away. It is adjacent to our large private tenant fitness center (605 N Neil St). Our office and shop is the next building north of the fitness center. We provide roofed, locked bicycle storage.
