This is a 14x70 moble home 2 bedroom 2 full bath.On small lot with 2 car garage. Very clean. Two decks front and back. There is a small yard which you must keep mowed. Renter pays own utilities Gas, Water, Electric. You must sign a year lease if lease is broken you pay up to 1 year and lose deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of every month if can't pay there is a $10 a day late fee up to 10 days if not paid on 10th day an eviction notice will be served by sheriff department. No Smoking inside. Prefer no pets if you decide to have a pet you will lose deposit and we prefer the pet be no more than 20lbs and there will be an extra charge per month. Yard must be mowed and kept clean at all times. A fee is charged if we have to mow or clean yard. No parking in yard.
