LOTS OF CHARM!! FULL BASEMENT WITH W/D HOOKUP. NICE BACKYARD WITH SHADE AND FENCED IN. No smoking in the building and must cooperate with other tenants about noise. loud music doesn't work here. the electric & gas is paid by the tenants. no guns or weapons. Cat is fine. Dog possible. 1 1/2 months security.
