Both bedrooms are about 8x10 ft - comfortable for a full or queen bed but tight for a king. Central heat and central air, through ceiling vents, both electric. Kitchen is a galley kitchen, narrow but functional with full-sized appliances. Appliances are almost all relatively new. Dishwasher 3 years old, Fridge 3 months old, 2-in-1 Washer/dryer 2 years old (full sized, works great - put in dirty, take out clean and dry, but takes 4-5 hours to run one cycle). Stove range and microwave older but will be replaced within the next few months. Outdoor space: Small front patio space with porch swing, large back patio space that accommodates large table, seating, & outdoor heater, etc. Backyard space beyond it has small area for seating and above-ground fire pit.
