This is a 15' x 13' room with built in desk, private bathroom, walk in closet, and two windows overlooking a quiet front yard. It comes unfurnished but we have several things like a bed and tables if they're needed. We're open to short and long term occupants, depending on your needs. Shared spaces include a full kitchen, large living room, and laundry room. We have a private backyard with grill, fire pit, patio, pizza oven, garden, and really beautiful nature. The house has two cats (brother and sister) so unfortunately no other pets can be accomodated. We're located roughly 20 minutes from LAX, so super convenient if you are traveling frequently for work/pleasure. You'll be living with three men in their 30s who occupy the other bedrooms. One works in coffee so you'll never have to pay for that! We like to keep the place tidy and just ask you clean up after yourself (we've had a couple messy occupants in the past). This is a month-to-month agreement with an option to sign on for 12 months. We require 30 days notice to move out but no security deposit. Utilities come to $160 per person per month at this time. We have driveway parking and ample street parking. Sweeping is only every two weeks. No smoking inside the home but in the backyard is fine.
