The balcony is giant, and the cement wall gives it some privacy. The AC is a little older, as it is cooling valves, but I've been here two summers and been fine. I used the second bedroom as an office. Laundry is shared on bottom floor of the attached building, but never had to wait for a washer/dryer. It's great price for a wonderful location. You can walk along the canal, there are cute bars restaurants nearby, and you can see the mountains from the balcony and Camelback from the parking lot. The complex has a pool and a hot tub that are open year round, with community grills nearby. The fitness center was getting re-done, but about to re-open. There's also a little market next to the pool where you can get basic groceries and toiletries if you need. I loved living here, I am just moving for work.
