The room will be available from September 6th to November 1st, but I am very open to extending that period if you need, and there will also be other rooms available in November if you end up liking the space and want to stay for a longer period. The guest house has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. -All bills are included in rent -AC in room and house -Washer/Dryer -Free wifi and access to most streaming services -Pool/Hot Tub -Private yard outside your room shared with one other person, and full access to the separate larger yard and pool area. -Street Parking (Permit Parking is $13/mo, or park one street over and walk to avoid this.) -Safe, walkable and cute neighborhood- Lassen's, Trader Joe's, other shops, museums, restaurants, medical offices, and some great gyms/yoga/pilates are all within walking distance -Amazing roommates and landlord About the room: The room has vaulted ceilings, and is on the cozier/smaller side. It does feel bigger due to the high celings and large glass doors to your yard. You would have your own separate entrance through the side yard in addition to the main entrance. The room is fully furnished with a brand new memory foam bed, a desk, and a vanity area. There is plenty of closet space and a full dresser inside the closet! Rent is $1550/mo total including all utilities. About the roommates: The room mate with the studio is gone very often and never cooks (he has been gone 3 months recently for reference), and another room mate works in the airline industry so it does feel like you have the place to yourself some of the time. The third room mate is a complete sweetheart and is very considerate. They all love to go to concerts, play video games, go out to eat, travel, or stay in and watch movies. Everyone here is very clean, mixed gender, and in their 30's ! Please feel free to email or message me if you are interested.
