There are two bedrooms, one Queen Tempur-Pedic and one Full with new hybrid mattress and a shared full bath. Both bedrooms have small but efficient closets and one bedroom has a large desk (and optional printer). There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer located off the kitchen with a door that leads to the backyard. The yard is large, walled and gated and has both sun and shade and a small patio that includes a Weber gas grill. The house uses an evaporative air conditioner (swamp cooler) to distribute cold air throughout the house, and is heated with hot water baseboard heat. High speed wireless internet is available and there is a monitored alarm system. Well mannered and non-destructive quiet pets are considered; a separate pet deposit ($150, refundable) is required as well as landlord approval.
