ALL NEW FLOORING, BATHROOM TOTALLY REDONE, NEW SIDING, LIGHT FIXTURES, NEW FRONT DOOR, ROOMS ENLARGED, NEW REFRIGERATOR,NEW KITCHEN SINK AND HARDWARE, NEW PAINT THROUGHOUT, NEW HVAC ROTTED WOOD REPLACED, NEW SHEETROCK, NEW WINDOWS, NEW GUTTERING, ETC!!!! *PREVIOUS UPDATE * NEW ROOF DONE 10/31/21 This has been a great home! Only selling to be closer to family.Needs some tlc, but SO many possibilities! Especially with the spacious 25' x16' bedroom! In the middle of putting a roof on,painting and doing the floors when we move out.
