Lease description

• The first term lease is for 6 months. If we are a good fit the second lease can be longer if you wish, I can be more flexible with students should you need a shorter term lease than the 6 months. Rent is due the first day of each month in the morning. There is no room for furniture No smoking in the house, I would prefer renting to a non smoker. Parties are a hard no. Having friends over is fine. The driveway is open to park in unless your car leaks, then there's parking within the immediate area and across the street. My bedroom, bathroom and the garage are off limits. Common areas are to be kept clean after use. Please keep your room and bathroom clean. You can use the community pool but must follow the regulations.
