This house was our family home starting in 1960. We have kept it up well. Last summer we completely repainted all of the ceilings and walls. This is a well-built house. The walls and ceilings are lath and plaster. The floors are hardwood floors or ceramic tile. There is vinyl floors only in the two bathrooms and the interior utility room. We have left the double wide refrigerator. There is a separate living room with a classic used brick fireplace and a separate family room. The neighborhood is a good one for kids or adults. The house has central air conditioning and heating which is fairly new. There are large trees in the front and back yards
