Window air conditioning is provided (2 uniIts) The apt is 1/2 mile to downtown area , 1.8 miles to Findlay University. Nice large backyard area. It does not have a washer and dryer hook up but a nice laundromat is close by. It does not have a dishwasher. Parks , fairgrounds , restaurants and gas station are nearby. At the signing of the lease agreement 800 for deposit and 800 for first month rent will be due. Columbia gas and American electric must be in your name before move in. The other 2 tenants in Apt A and Apt C are quiet and respectful of the property. We will be looking for the same for Apt B This is an upstairs apartment located in a triplex.
