"South 1st Havana" is our snazzy 'roun' the world 'lil space. She has decor from Paris to Africa with sprinklings of Indian dream-catching & Mexican sugar-skulls. The space-design is shotgun style 2.0, the colour splashes are the many cool paintings & accoutrement throughout the house. There's a pretty cool backyard with a deck. Lots of greenery to keep you company & a privacy wooden fence separating the shared backyard area. The king-sized bed easily sleeps two. There's a futon in the living room which folds out to a size twin. & if you want to ramp up the comfort-factor, we provide a topper upon request. There's an electronic lock for ease of access. We have 2 flat screen tv's that are smart tv ready. You may use the included Roku stick or feel free to hook up your own computer to the USB ready line. The kitchen comes equipped with fridge, stove, microwave dishwasher & coffee-press. Shared parking spot out front, plus ample free street parking. Completely furnished and Includes all utilities, as well as wifi.
