all brick Neighborhood Description Almost all of the houses here were built in the late 1960's, and all are nicely maintained. Trees are mature. All streets have sidewalks. There's a nice mix of ages in the neighborhood: young families to retirees. The people on my block are neighborly, but not nosy. A Dairy Queen is an easy bike ride away, and a Graeter's (for more expensive tastes) is just a little longer bike ride away. The community recreation center (with an indoor pool) is less than two miles away There is easy access from this neighborhood to I71, I270, and Rt. 23. It's a very convenient location.
