March 2024 main floor flex room (play room, office, 5th bedroom) had wallpaper stripped and freshly painted back to the original color of the room. March 2024 4th bedroom (upstairs) wallpaper stripped and freshly painted. May 2024 full bathroom upstairs wallpaper stripped and freshly painted. Other details of replacements in recent years are a brand new metal roof (2017), outdoor paint (2019), and two fully restored and functioning fireplaces (2017).
