The whole unit is 3 bed 2.5 bath. There is a first floor and it duplexes into the lower level. The bedroom we need filled with a roommate is located in the lower level. This bedroom is very large and will easily fit a queen size bed. We need 1 female roommate that will share 1 bathroom with 1 female roommate. The rent does not include utilities which we will split the utility 3 ways between the roommates. There is a washer/Dryer in the unit. No dogs allowed.
