Many people use this room as the bedroom. This is a large studio apartment. The owner pays water and trash tenant pays all other utilities. Leases are one year. after the initial term of the lease it rolls over into a month by month lease. We will sign a renewal at the tenants request. We do not allow pets at any time. If you bring an animal into my building your lease will be terminated. We do provide a coin op washer and dryer in the hallway of the building.
