Tiled Bathroom with clawfoot tub & high efficiency toilet. New kitchen, with stainless steel appliances,(Yes on a Dishwasher!) built in microwave, and a deep farmhouse sink with spring faucet. Bedrooms have ceiling fans & hardwood floors. New windows throughout the house. High Efficiency Furnace is 4 years old (So you know the heat bill won't be terrible!). Brand new water heater installed. Laundry in basement, new washer/ drier serviced in last year. Large fenced in yard. Garage is for storage or workshop, so this is not a garage to park in! Also home is very close to playground, if you have a criminal background that prevents you from being X amount of feet from park, etc, this rental won't work for you. 4 person max capacity. (Fire code:2 people per bedroom) 2 pet max. Smaller dogs ok.. SMALL as in lapdog, 20# or less. No renter modifications to interior or exterior of the home, or landscaping. Landlord Pays Trash/Water. Tenant pays Gas/Electric
