We use a month-to-month rental contract, that doesn't mean you only get to stay a month, it means you won't get dinged by the expense of breaking a lease if you do need to move but we are looking for people who would be happy here and plan on staying longer. Cats and small pets are welcome, and require no extra fees, but this is not really suitable for a big dog who needs more than the tiny side yard- - sorry! Or maybe your best friend is old and slow and you work from home? I get that, let's talk. We are a Mom and Pop place, not an apartment complex, but we'll still need to thoroughly vet you with a credit check and all that jazz, including talking to a previous landlord. All of us need to be somewhat careful, but if you're up front with me about past issues, it can probably be worked out. I believe in second chances, as well as not raising the rent on people if I can help it, and giving back a security deposit when people do move on. I've been fortunate so far to have had it work out. Alrighty then, If you can afford this place, don't mind a two story layout, small bedrooms, and would not miss life in an apartment complex, well then, this is a great place to live!
