Owner pays for security system that features a camera on the front doorbell and a camera on the back shed. Tenant may share shed space with owner. No pets allowed. Residents are encouraged to get their own renter's insurance. Resident will be required to sign a monthly rental agreement. This agreement will need to be renewed at the end of each month for continued stay.
