The house features hardwood floors, a large kitchen stocked with most supplies and new appliances, new washer/dryer, a furnished living room with access to the screened in porch, and outdoor furniture including lounge chairs, fire pit, a picnic table, and an outdoor ping pong table. The basement features another living room, bathroom and bedroom where myself and my boyfriend (late 20s) live, thus common spaces are shared. Lawn care is included, and there is driveway parking. There is also a garage with space available for bikes, etc. The house is about a mile to the Ballston metro with a nearby bus stop as well. Plus grocery stores/restaurants 1 mile away. Move in date is flexible. No smoking or pets. 12 month lease.

We are in our 20s to low 30s, work from home/hybrid in tech and economics, love all board/ card games, and enjoy being active and hiking. We also love to travel and cook. We are easy going, clean, and very respectful of other people's space/ preferences.
