We have a private first-floor bedroom available for sublease starting November 1st (some flexibility on the move-in date), with the potential to renew after the current lease ends. We're all CU Boulder PhD students in our second and third years, with fairly busy schedules, but we'd love a roommate who wants to contribute to a sense of community and have some fun together. Ideally, we're looking for another graduate student or working professional who is clean, considerate, and interested in being part of a shared household. The room and house: Private bedroom with a large walk-in closet Shared bathroom Open-concept living space with lots of natural light Off-street parking and access to a garage Fenced-in backyard with a hot tub Located near Manhattan Middle School in Boulder Rent and utilities: Rent: $1,125/month Utilities per month: $15 for internet, ~$55-75 for electricity, water provided Preferably no dogs (potentially an allergy-friendly are welcome), but unfortunately, no cats. A little about us: We have a relatively light weekly chore chart and a monthly house dinner where we check in with each other about how things are going, both individually and around the house.
