We will pay the re-renter $200 off every month of the re-lease making the monthly rent $1210! We're hoping to re-rent it as soon as possible, but can be flexible on a move in date. The re-rental would go until October 31, with option to re-new. You do not hear any traffic. This is a second story apartment and feels very safe. There are several locked points of entry. The master bedroom is a suite (with in-suite bathroom and walk in closet). Kitchen has a closet pantry. Additional large bathroom near the apartment entry. In unit laundry with additional storage. Cats are welcome on our floor. Water is included. RIVA is close to downtown, parks, shopping, and EPIC. We have loved living at RIVA and will miss it! Not moving for any reason related to the apartment or management itself. In fact, the management is the best we've ever had. The apartment is modern and made of good quality supplies. Come and take a tour at your best convenience. Tenant is responsible for utilities, cable & internet. Dogs are not allowed in the unit, but cats are for $30 a month.
