It's on the south side, corner unit of a line of row house style, turn-of-the-century brick apartment building, second floor. It is walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the NE Minneapolis neighborhood and St. Anthony Main. Also very close to the U of MN. Hardwood flooring throughout. Updated kitchen with white tile backsplash, new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is still an original built-in that is part of the kitchen for storage. Fireplace in the living room. There is also a balcony in the back of the unit. This particular one has a little extra space since it's a corner unit. Please see the pictures to get an idea of the layout. Parking is included in the rent as well. It is off-street, first-come-first-served but I almost always find a spot. There is plenty of street parking outside the building as well. There is also free, fast WiFi throughout the whole property. I actually have not had to wire up the apartment for wired internet, which is also available. It has worked very well on my laptop for streaming and general internet browsing.
