The airy bedroom, with a queen bed, is a comfortable size with a big closet. There is garage parking in the double garage that you share with another tenant. There is a coin-op laundry room in the building. The apartment is up 1-1/2 flights of sturdy, wide, outdoor cement stairs. This apartment is sunny and cheerful, and there is a little bit of a beautiful ocean view from the living room and patio. The apartment is in a GREAT location, VERY close to the beach. The long sandy beach goes south and north for miles and is a wonderful place to walk. Many fantastic restaurants are nearby, so you in the morning could run a few steps down to get a delicious cup of coffee and take it to sip out on the pier, watching the surf, or, later, stroll to a lovely dinner either on the pier or up on Avenida Del Mar, the popular shopping street that has lots of trendy restaurants. Also Avenida Del Mar has a fun Sunday Farmers Market. I'm always happy to answer any questions. Apartment is FULLY FURNISHED with furniture, dishes and linens. 3 MONTH MINIMUM stay -- longer is even better! If you'd like a very short stay, you could ask me. On the "duration" tab below, they don't give me a choice for 3 months, but nevertheless, 3 months is the default duration, but that's not cast in concrete. Absolutely ZERO smoking or drugs. Zero. This is CAST IN CONCRETE. Landlord pays all utilities, including internet and wifi, but not landline phone or tv cable. You can stream your own tv apps on the smart tv. There is no cleaning fee, but I will deduct from your security deposit if there is damage or if you leave behind a mess for the cleaning lady to take care of. When you move out, the apartment should be tidy and ready for her to clean. Unless we make other arrangements early and ahead of time, you must leave on the day your lease ends, because a new tenant might be moving in on that same day. But you may live here ten years if we are both happy with the situation.
