The condo itself has excellent space and lighting. Nice sitting area for friends and other roommates! There's in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heating / AC. Private room with its own private patio that can be used for gardening, lounging, etc. Very spacious closet! There's an accessible pool in the neighborhood and it's generally very calm and sunny. Close to main downtown and several grocery stores. Nice neighborhood with a lot of plant life. Lots of birds! There are two other roommates. Recent college graduates that work in the area. There are two bathrooms, so that's never an issue. We definitely aren't party people but like to have friends over from time to time. We often hang out in the common area while keeping it neat and friendly! No smoking allowed in the unit. Lease is minimum 5 months. Park in the front driveway or near the street side.
