Looking for someone who wants to sublet my studio apartment in The 515 in downtown Eugene. The 515 is right downtown and only a 15 minute walk for UO campus. It also has a lot of amenities, like a gym, study area, rooftop pool and hot tub, and lounge area. The apartment itself has a private bathroom; pull-out bed; in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher; and a full kitchen. Rent is normally ~$1400 a month, but I'm willing to split a portion of it to get it off my hands. The rent will be $900 a month not including utilities and it will be available March 1st. Feel free to reach out for more details Utilities not included in rent and usually are ~$50-$100 a month. Lease ends in September, at which point you'll be able to re-sign or leave.
