Owner pays internet (Comcast with battery powered back up modem for work-from- homers) All other utilities will be paid for by tenants. 9 month minimum lease (through May of 2025 $1,885 a month rent. $1200 deposit with $250 non-refundable. Small pets will be allowed but there will be a pet rent of $100 per pet applied to the current rent with an additional $500 deposit ($250 that is non-refundable)
