This is our family home! We have had pets but we have kept it clean and kept up. The house is great for a family or someone planning a family! We will be considering renters with long term income and we do background checks. We fenced in the backyard, have redone the front porch with fresh paint and interior work. We will accept cats, maximum 2. We will also make sure to keep up on any work/ maintenance needs! Owner pays gas/electric, sanitation and lights. We will pay water! Parking right out front of the house, or in the backyard through the alleyway. Yearly inspections are done to ensure maintenance and safety. If you have a dog, we will accept but add a fee onto your monthly rent. $50/month. Cats (maximum 2). We would love to see your application for our rental!
