The unit is located in the historic Cambridge apartments, across the street from Mission Theatre and within easy walking distance of all the amenities of the Pearl, 21st and 23rd avenues. There is access to a shared courtyard, storage facility and two decks, one of which is functionally private to the unit. The apartment itself and the community it is part of are really nice and we are sad to leave. A job offer has compelled us to move though and we would like to have a new tenant in by January. The 17th Ave. entrance opens to the living room area with large windows, and the back entrance through the courtyard opens to the kitchen. Both bedrooms have large closets.
