Ideally looking for someone who wants to sign a year lease. The house is in Athmar Park, 2 blocks from Huston Lake Park. About me: I'm 32, i'm a business intelligence analyst that works from home. I enjoy being outside, biking, snowboarding, skiing, reading, and painting. I'd love to have a friendship with a roommate while respecting each others alone time. I have a 9 year old black lab mix who is very sweet and calm. About you: Ideally female, but open to male. Values cleanliness, is friendly and mindful of the shared space. About the house: 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The second bedroom is my office/workout space and the third (open for rent) is the biggest in the house with a large closet. The room isn't furnished, but the rest of the house is. Its on the opposite side of the house from my bedroom and you get your own full bathroom. There is a decent sized yard with two sheds. The large shed is used to store bikes and camping gear and the small shed is for gardening/maintenance stuff. There is room for more bikes and gear. I've included pics of the room furnished and not furnished so you can get a good idea of the size of the room. Rent is $1100 a month and utilities range from $50-120 a month.
