I've owned this property for 5 years and I've loved every minute living here in this friendly place and community. My family did a ton of remodeling. She needs a bit more but worth it. 3 bedrooms 1 full bath and the middle spare bedroom we decided to take the half bath out and make it one room but you can put it back it's up to you. AC needs fixing it worked for a few years but I just got some window units and works better actually. Heat works and it's gas. Great place to raise a family. Laundry room kitchen with microwave and stove. Front porch deck. Shed outside roof was just redone a year ago. Huge step up bathtub in master bathroom so I loved that lol. No leaks and my bills never run over $500 a month and that's with $170 lot rent you pay to the owners of the trailer park. God bless
