It would also be a great location for those who work at nearby hospitals! A roommate and I currently live in the house, but I am seeking one additional roommate for a total of 3 residents. The open bedroom is 104 square feet plus some built-in shelf space. I have included a floor plan that shows its dimensions. The shared bathroom is located in the hall between the 2 roommates' bedrooms. In addition to the floor plan, I have also included pictures of the room itself and the shared bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living room are fairly spacious common areas that all 3 roommates will have free access. All together the total square footage of the house is 1080 sq. ft. The house has central heat & air, fridge, gas oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. And the most awesome thing of living in the same house as your landlord is that if any of the above breaks, you better believe I'm going to be getting them repaired or replaced immediately.
