One of the cleanest ex rentals we have seen in while. 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths, Solid surface flooring for easy care. Single garage for storage and of course cars...Very quiet area and several shade trees make this one stand out. This could use some fresh paint and minor repairs but they seem minimal to make this diamond shine again! Good schools and easy access to major roads.
