The house faces West 6th Ave. Not Shephard.St.The map shows that the back of the house-lot is facing Shepard St. There is no 516 shephard St. My lot goes all the way through toShephard St. As you see on the map once was correct but not now.I would appreciate the correction I am listing it for sale soon.We have owned the property since 1947.
