(Aug 9- July 25) I live in the Woodlands which is an awesome student community up 20th, close to the Oaks mall. You can take the 20 to get to campus. The apartment is a 3br/3bath flat and includes cable and internet, have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet, a lovely open kitchen space, and is totally furnished. as well as full access to the resort-style pool, 24 hour gym, movie theater room, basketball court, volleyball and more. I believe I overheard that the woodlands is full right now so this would be a great opportunity if you wanted to live here. I'd like to get to know you a little bit out of respect for my current roommates. I'll cover any application feesInternet and cable are included. Water and electric are billed to utilities but hardly ever pass $45/month
