Looking for the right tenant to share this partially furnished in-law suite in our home. 500 square feet with private bathroom and private kitchenette (sink/microwave/refrigerator). The unit only shares one wall with the main home and is very private. There is a private entrance through a shared backyard - we have two big, sweet dogs so our tenant MUST be a dog-lover! We would consider a tenant with their own dog as long as all the pups get along (sorry, no cats due to allergies). Ideally we're looking for someone respectful and quiet who won't mind sharing some space with a young family and our dogs! All utilities and wifi included. Month-to-month lease or longer.
