Needs, roof, foundation repair, floors, new plumbing, new electric wiring. Desperate need for repair/remodel. Neighbor has fenced on the property and encroached on over an acre. Needs new septic, A/C, Truth is....the owners collect the rent and that's it. It's falling apart and since their mom is in a nursing home, it belongs to the State. The roof on the garage is half gone. The tub drain is broke.
