Enjoy your desert escape complete w/ your private pool/spa, Santa Rosa mountain views, a short walk to park with Pickle Ball and tennis, 5 min walk to Old Town La Quinta-restaurants, bike rentals, a brewery, & boutique shops. Walking distance to hiking trails and golf courses less than a 5 min drive. Enjoy an indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and BBQ, and large open living room and kitchen. Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a large French door refrigerator and bottom pull out freezer. The kitchen table seats 6 and we have a large outdoor couch as well to enjoy dinner or lounging by the pool under the desert stars. The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months. The living room and master bedroom have a smart TV with Roku. The living room has a beautiful fire place and large couch. There's also a desk and chair for working remotely. The home also offers a washer and dryer and pantry. Short team lease: May through August months are $3,750/month. September through December months are $4,000/month. January-March months are $7,000/month. 1 small dog allowed for an additional $200 pet fee Owner pays for utilities! Smoking only permitted outdoors. First and last month rent due upon signing.
