If you read below you will see this is one of the best spots to be in OB - it's close to the beach but quiet, the building quality is better than 95% of the places in OB, and you'll have great neighbors. Street parking can pretty much always be found within a block except during summer. - Bedroom closets and linen closets (not pictured). Bedroom closets are full size with sliding/folding doors. Each bedroom has a locking window. Smaller room is 10x10. Not sure of master bedroom dimensions. Security - Large metal gates were put outside a few years back which keeps the nonsense out. - Lockable garbage and recycle bin (shared by our building and neighboring building) - Motion lights in back parking lot - Outdoor security cameras are likely coming soon Surroundings - This is the 3rd building from the Brighton Ave/Spray Ave beach parking lot.
